Perusahaan Saat ini mengelola perkebunan kelapa sawit dan pabrik kelapa sawit di beberapa lokasi di Indonesia; Sumatera Utara, Sumatera Selatan. Kalimantan Barat dan Kalimantan Tengah.
Saat ini, PT. Sumber Tani Agung Resources (STA Resources) membuka lowongan kerja di kota Medan, Sumatera Utara untuk posisi berikut ini:
PPIC Officer
What you’ll be doing ?
Developing and implementing production plans to meet customer demand and maintain inventory levels
Monitoring and analyzing inventory levels, identifying trends and recommending appropriate stocking levels
Purchasing raw materials, components and other supplies in a timely and cost-effective manner
Liaising with production, sales and finance teams to ensure coordination and efficient operations
Generating reports and dashboards to provide visibility on production, inventory and procurement metrics
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing streamlined systems and procedures
What we’re looking for ?
Relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a PPIC or production planning role, preferably in a manufacturing environment (especially in Palm Oil Downstream Refinery & Fractionation)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Proficient in using ERP systems and MS Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
Familiar with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Fluent in English is a plus
Willing to relocated in Medan (Based in Medan is an Advantage)
