MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM
Our Management Trainee Program provides career acceleration for APP Group’s future leaders. In this program, you will experience an intensive in-class training as well as on-the-job training, mentored by our professional and experienced leaders. The program will give you exposure and learning in our Commercial, Mills Operations, Forestry, or even Supporting Division, regarding to your career vision and potentials.
1. Management Trainee Program (Logistics)
Job Descriptions:
Our Logistics Management Trainee Program is created for fresh-graduates ready to master complex logistics networks and international shipping operations. This is your chance to become part of a team that drives strategic coordination, cross-border transport, and logistical excellence across one of Asia’s largest integrated pulp and paper companies.
What You Will Experience As part of the Logistics function, you will engage in full-cycle logistics processes – from port administration and export/import documentation to shipping regulation compliance and supply chain optimization. You will gain hands-on experience and contribute directly to the seamless movement of goods, all while sharpening your analytical, operational, and project skills in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements :

2. Management Trainee – Key Account Management (KAM)

The program will give you exposure and learning in our BU Cultural Commercial Function.
What you will experience :
In our BU Cultural Commercial Function, you will identify opportunities to optimize sales, strengthen client relationships, and increase revenue in both general and modern trade markets. By analyzing trends and consumer behavior, you will address market challenges and use data-driven insights to create strategic plans that expand product distribution and deliver measurable results for our clients.
Requirements:
Fresh Graduate, with a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree from any majors.
Min. GPA 3.25 out of 4.00 scale.
Max. 2 years of working experience.
Proficient in both English and Mandarin (written & oral)
